Smoothie with Savoy & Avocado

Time for a very healthy smoothie. Yep, we also can do that! So say good bye to bread, croissants and waffles and get some really fresh and green veggies for todays recipe. It's the first time I used savoy cabbage for a smoothie. I really don’t use savoy very often, cause I am not a fan of cabbage dishes. Savoy is really healthy cause you get a lot of iron, vitamin c and b from it. And that’s really cool! The best thing about it: if you mix savoy with an avocado and coconut milk, there is just a light taste of it in the end. HA!

Smoothie with Savoy & Avocado

  • 50 g (1.7 oz) savoy cabbage
  • 1 banana
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 kiwi
  • 200 ml (0.8 cup) coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup


  1. Remove leathery, outer leaves and wash savoy cabbage. You only need a dew leaves.
  2. Peel and deseed avocado. Also peel banana.
  3. Puree all the veggies, add coconut milk and add agave syrup if needed. Serve immediately.
