Homemade & easy Pumpkin Pie Spice!

It's a cold, dark October afternoon. You come into your apartment soaked from the pattering, freezing rain, and it's long for your soft sofa and a steaming cup in your hand.
But stop! Before you can get cozy, fire up your stereo, play a Fleetwood Mac song or something else to get you in the autumnal mood and head to your kitchen.
For the ultimate fall drink, Pumpkin Spiced Latte, you'll need today's spice blend, which consists of four ingredients you're sure to have at home. And if you don't, you can find them in the nearest supermarket around the corner.
Contrary to what you might expect, it is not at all difficult to make this on-trend spice mix. All you need is cinnamon powder, ginger powder, ground allspice and nutmeg.
How much stock you mix is entirely up to you. However, I would advise you to make a larger quantity because as soon as you offer your friends a cup of this, your mixture will soon be history, aka used up in no time. It is, therefore, also perfect for giving as a gift during these cold fall months.
The great thing about Pumpkin Spice is that you can drink it as more than just a latte. For example, have you heard of Pumpkin Spiced Cold Brew or Hot Chocolate with Pumpkin Spice?
If you like it really simple, you can heat up your plant-based drink of choice, froth it, add our spice and enjoy it pure.
From now on, you don't have to leave the house and spend vast amounts of money to enjoy this autumn classic, but you can sip it in the comfort of your own home.
If all this hasn't got you in the mood for the cold season, take a look at our blog and find out what else our magic spice can do.
