7 Recipes for Homemade Plant-Based Cheese

Last October, we started a small survey on Instagram to find out what topics you were interested in concerning the Veganuary 2021. As every year, we want to support you going vegan for these four weeks (any beyond). Julia took care of evaluating all your answers and created a detailed list, carefully categorizing each answer. This gave us an excellent overview of the topics on your wish list, and we were able to plan our January content according to your requests.

By far, the most frequently mentioned topic was recipes for vegan cheese alternatives – it was simply perfect for a brand new edition of our format "7 Days, 7 Recipes". So we will dedicate a whole week to the topic presenting you a different plant-based cheese recipe every day. In retrospect, we have to admit that we've probably never tried and tested as many recipes for any other themed week as we did for this one. Some recipes have driven us crazy, while others worked out quite quickly. Therefore, we are now thrilled to share all our recipes with you.
